What are your fees for bankruptcy?
For the most part, it depends on the complexity of your case.  In general, Haddix Law Firm provides consumer bankruptcy services for a flat fee. For Chapter 7, attorney fees generally average approximately $1,500 to $2,500; some cases are less, some cases are more – usually depending on whether any litigation will be necessary. A Chapter 7 for a business generally ranges from $3,000 to $6,000.

For Chapter 13, in general, the fee is $4,000 for consumers and $6,000 for those running a business; these “opt-in” Chapter 13 fees are set by the Court.

Filing fees (as of March 2019) are $335 for Chapter 7 and $310 for Chapter 13.

Chapter 11 bankruptcies are billed by the hour. The hourly rate for Chapter 11 bankruptcies is $400 per hour and requires a $15,000-$30,000 retainer.
